Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at RefinedClub. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery, with free return shipping, no restocking fee, and no final sale items.
Eligibility
You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Have all original tags attached (if applicable)
• Be returned in the original packaging (if applicable)
• Include a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Please include the following in your message:
• Order number
• Reason for return or exchange
If your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions including the return address. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, or other payment provider), unless otherwise agreed. In some cases, and with your consent, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges within the 30-day return window.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assist with the return and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund according to this policy.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Final Sale Items
We do not sell or designate any items as final sale. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days after delivery according to this policy.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required proof of purchase may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Partial Returns & Order Adjustments
If only part of an order is returned, the refund will be issued only for the returned item(s). Return shipping remains free for approved returns and exchanges. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
