Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
RefinedClub is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@refinedclub.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide the best possible solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
